Client dealing with a range of longer term issues resolved over three sessions

I initially came to see Kathy for a reflexology massage. We ended up speaking at length about my personal circumstances as I was very tearful, I had no confidence and I have had years of toxic relationships affecting my mental and physical health. Kathy explained the therapy she does to not just heal but find the root of the problem and rewire the way my brain thinks.

Kathy did a lot of work over six weeks to help me and gave me exercises to do at home. I really didn't think I could be helped as I have never felt happy or confident.

I can honestly say that after six weeks I feel so much better. I have a different way of thinking and I feel positive. I like who I am now and I have self esteem and feel brilliant for the first time ever.

Kathy uses hypnosis, healing and EMDR therapy. It really helped and I felt a physical change too. I look and feel better.

I had a telephone consultation with Kathy and one week later went to see her for gastric band hypnosis.

As soon as I walked in, Kathy had a cup of tea waiting for me and a huge hug. She made me feel so at ease and relaxed. Her treatment room was lovely and comfortable with a gorgeous scent. I had contacted Kathy because my eating of chocolate and sweets in the evening had gone out of control. Kathy talked to me and it was obvious very quickly that the chocolate wasn't the problem but me. I was with Kathy for 3 hours but the time went so quickly it was like 2 long lost friends talking.
It's been nearly 3 weeks since my visit to Kathy. I have not eaten chocolate or sweets in the evening nor have I substituted it for anything. My sleep has improved as has my general well being.

Just to let you know I have found our session and the hypnosis audio you sent me very helpful as it has helped me to focus my mind on the goal of weight loss. I listened to it when in bed at night and was able to let my imagination wonder with the instructions. I also got a very restful night's sleep. I was subconsciously able to put the skills into practice on a daily basis. So far I've lost 11 pounds. The session has also motivated me to get back to swimming and cycling to lose more weight.

Is anxiety limiting you from living the life you want ?

I have just recieved two lovely reviews from some recent clients who came in for one session to get on top of there anxiety and feel good again.

Anxiety does not have to control you.

My name is richard, i am 39 years old. I had my first anxiety attack at the age of 18 .
As years went by, anxiety continued to slowly impact my life in many ways. I reached out to doctors and felt i did not really find a solution to my issues. The struggle continued as i tried to ingore my anxieties but got worse over time. In the last 4 years of my life i have found life to be a struggle for me, my anxieties had made a huge impact on my relationships and my working life.
I tried again and went to the doctors. The Doctor put me onto tablets which i thought would help. I was on a waiting list for the next 6 months to see a Counsellor.
one day i was browsing face book and found a lady called Kathy Osullivan.

Visiting Kathy with her wealth of knowledge has given me a new feeling. A feeling of understanding to why i have these Overwhelming feelings i have. For the first time i slept all threw the night. I woke up the next day like a new man. My anxieties have now reduced Significantly, i will continue to use the techniques that kathy gave to me and to listen to the audio that kathy sent me through email.
I would highly recomend seeing Kathy if you are going threw the same emotions as me. It has helped me so much and i can only be greatfull to have met such a charming and understanding lady.
