Two different journeys, two different starting points — and two reminders that progress doesn’t always look the same for everyone. 🧡✨
One customer shared that after years of feeling stuck at the same weight, she finally saw a change. In just 10 days, she reported being 2.5kg down while following a healthier diet, staying active and having Kawa as part of her routine. She also shared that her cravings felt easier to manage.
Another customer shared a 1kg change in just one week, alongside her own routine and lifestyle choices.
What we love about these stories isn’t just the number on the scale. It’s the little changes happening alongside it — feeling more in control around cravings, making more mindful food choices, moving more, and building habits that feel sustainable.
Everyone’s body and journey is different, so results will naturally vary. These are individual customer experiences, not guaranteed results.

Cravings don’t always mean you need to completely avoid the food you’re craving. đź’🍊 Sometimes, a better approach is to understand what your body may be asking for and build a more satisfying choice around it.
Craving something sweet? Try adding protein to your meal or snack to help you stay fuller for longer. 🥚
Craving carbs? Instead of cutting them out, pair them with protein and fibre to create a more balanced and satisfying meal. 🍽️
Craving chocolate? include magnesium-rich foods such as almonds, pumpkin seeds and spinach as part of your overall diet. 🌰🥬
Craving something salty? Try a satisfying combination of protein, healthy fats and fibre, such as eggs, avocado, nuts or hummus.
The goal isn’t to label foods as “good” or “bad” — it’s about making choices that leave you feeling satisfied, energised and nourished.
Next time a craving hits, pause and ask: “What could I add to make this more satisfying?”
Save this post for your next craving and share it with someone who needs a little help navigating cravings. ✨🧡

Cravings can sometimes feel like they’re running the show. 🧡
You’re not necessarily physically hungry, but you find yourself reaching for snacks, thinking about something sweet, or eating between meals without really feeling satisfied.
This is one of the things we hear from our Kava customers again and again:
✨ “I don’t feel constantly hungry anymore.”
✨ “My cravings aren’t as strong.”
✨ “I feel more satisfied between meals.”
✨ “I’m not reaching for snacks as often.”
And when cravings feel more manageable, some people find it easier to make mindful choices, stay consistent with their portions and avoid constant snacking.
Some customers have also shared that these changes have supported their weight-management journey. 🧡

Real stories. Real journeys. Real changes in how some of our customers say they feel. 🧡✨
This week, we’re focusing on cravings and appetite — and these customer experiences highlight just how different every journey can look.
One customer shared that they lost 6.5kg in under two months, while also noticing fewer cravings, better appetite control and more energy. They also shared that they continued having their usual meals and included occasional walks rather than following a strict diet.
Another customer said they lost almost 1.6kg in one week and noticed that they felt fuller, with reduced food intake and fewer cravings.
And another customer reported a 3.5-inch reduction around their waist in 3 weeks, alongside fewer snacks and less desire for chocolate, cake, crisps, biscuits and fizzy drinks. They described feeling that Kawa helped them manage their cravings and stay consistent with their routine.
What stands out across these stories? For these customers, it wasn’t about trying to completely eliminate food or follow an extreme routine. They described changes in cravings, appetite, snacking and portion sizes that made their journeys feel more manageable.
Everyone’s body and results are different, and individual experiences aren’t a guarantee of what you’ll experience. Think of Kawa as part of a broader wellness routine alongside balanced nutrition, hydration, movement and good sleep.
If cravings and constant snacking have been something you’ve struggled with, you’re not alone. 🧡

Cravings don’t always mean your body is “asking” for a specific food. 🍫✨
There are many factors that can influence cravings and appetite — from hunger and meal timing to stress, tiredness, habits and even how satisfying your meals are.
In this carousel, we’re breaking down 7 common myths, including:
✨ “A sweet craving means your body needs sugar.”
✨ Skipping meals helps control cravings.
✨ Cravings only happen when you’re hungry.
✨ You have to completely avoid your favourite foods.
✨ A big appetite means you have a fast metabolism.
✨ Bigger meals always keep you fuller for longer.
✨ Eating as little as possible is the best way to manage appetite.
The goal isn’t to fear food or completely eliminate the foods you enjoy. It’s about understanding your hunger cues, building satisfying meals and finding habits that feel realistic and sustainable. 🤎

Two customers. Two different starting points. Two very different wins. 🧡
Not every wellness journey looks the same — and that’s exactly what makes these stories worth sharing.
One customer saw the scale move by 4kg / 8.8lbs in just 12 days.
Another noticed something completely different: fewer sweet cravings, hunger feeling more manageable, and less of that constant urge to reach for something between meals.
And that’s what we’re focusing on this week: cravings & appetite. 👀
Because sometimes the biggest change isn’t just a number on the scale.
It’s being able to walk past the biscuit cupboard without thinking about it.
It’s feeling more in control around sweet treats.
It’s not constantly wondering what to eat next.
It’s having the energy and motivation to add a little movement into your routine.
These are individual customer experiences, and results can vary from person to person. But together, they remind us that progress can show up in different ways. ✨
If cravings and appetite have been something you’ve been struggling with, perhaps this week is a good time to start paying attention to your own patterns — when cravings appear, what triggers them, and what actually leaves you feeling satisfied.
Small changes. Different journeys. Real experiences. 🧡

Not every trip to the kitchen is a sign that your body needs food. 🧡
Sometimes we eat because it’s simply become part of our routine.
You finish lunch → you want something sweet.
You sit down to watch TV → you need a snack.
The kids leave leftovers → you feel guilty throwing them away.
You feel stressed → suddenly you’re looking for chocolate. 👀
And before you know it, you’ve eaten without really asking yourself whether you were hungry in the first place.
This doesn’t mean you have to stop eating your favourite foods or have a “perfect” relationship with food.
It simply means learning to notice the difference between:
🧡 “My body needs food.”
🧡 “I’m craving something because I’m tired.”
🧡 “I’m eating because I’m bored.”
🧡 “I always eat at this time.”
🧡 “I just need a little comfort.”
That small pause can make a big difference.
The next time you reach for a snack, ask yourself:
“Am I physically hungry, or am I looking for something else?”
No guilt. No restriction. Just awareness. ✨
Because mindful eating isn’t about eating less — it’s about becoming more connected to what your body actually needs. 🧡

Sometimes the biggest changes aren’t just what the scales show. 🧡
Three women. Three completely different experiences. Three reasons they decided to keep going with their Kawa journey.
One noticed her hunger felt different and that her portions became smaller.
Another told us her husband was the first to notice a change around her waist — while she also felt less bloated, experienced fewer cravings and had more energy.
And another shared a visible change over one month, with 3kg / 6.5lbs down.
What stands out to us?
It’s not just about a number.
It’s about noticing changes in your everyday life — how your clothes feel, how comfortable you feel after eating, your appetite, your energy and how you feel in yourself.
Your journey doesn’t have to look like someone else’s. ✨

Ever noticed how a craving can appear out of nowhere? 🧡
You’re not physically hungry, but suddenly you want something sweet, salty, crunchy or comforting. And sometimes, it may have less to do with food and more to do with what’s happening around you.
Stress, tiredness, boredom, emotions, habits and even thirst can sometimes influence when and what we crave. ✨
So next time a craving hits, try the 10-minute pause:
🧡 Have a glass of water — flavoured water can make it feel a little more enjoyable.
🧡 Step away from the kitchen or whatever food is tempting you.
🧡 Give yourself 10 minutes before deciding what you want to eat.
🧡 Then check in with yourself: “Am I actually hungry, or could something else be triggering this craving?”
And if you’re still hungry after those 10 minutes, that’s completely okay. The goal isn’t to ignore hunger or label foods as “good” or “bad.” It’s simply about creating a little space between the craving and the reaction, so you can understand what your body might actually be asking for. 🧡✨
Small pauses can help you become more aware of your habits — without guilt, restriction or all-or-nothing thinking.

11kg down and a journey built around small, consistent changes 🧡
One of our customers shared her experience after starting at 93kg and reaching 82kg. Rather than following an extremely strict diet, she focused on creating habits that felt realistic for her lifestyle.
She started with 20 minutes on the treadmill and gradually built up to an hour in the evening. On some days, she would split her movement into shorter sessions throughout the day.
She also shared that Kawa helped her feel more in control of her hunger and cravings for sweets. As someone who enjoys sweet foods, she found it easier to reduce sweets and soft drinks while focusing on smaller portions.
Over time, she noticed changes beyond the number on the scale — including being able to fit into clothes she hadn’t worn for some time. 🧡
