I love a colour correction, did you know that red is one of the hardest colours to strip out as it's molecule go really far into each hair strand. This one when stripped out also revealed old blue hair dye that actually turned green 😱😱.
So We formulated this rich chocolate brown to neutralise any unwanted remaining tones and give us this beautiful multi tonal effect. At this point I felt like an actual magician 🪄🪄
Why not just put a brown over the red I hear you say???
A simple answer to that is Because if I did i would of had to go really really dark with my brown formula and it wouldn't of been long before the red popped back through as the red on the ends in real life was actually a lot darker than my before photo because of the old blue underneath 🖼️
