✨This year has been a turning point for me.

🫶I’ve spent time reconnecting with who I truly am—beneath expectations, past experiences, and the habit of putting others before myself. For a long time, I found myself overextending, trying to fix, help, or carry things that were never mine to hold… and in the process, I drifted away from myself.

✨One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is this: not everything directed at you is actually about you.

Sometimes people project their own insecurities, fears, or unresolved emotions. And it’s easy to internalise that—to question yourself or feel like you’re the problem. But often, it isn’t yours to carry. It’s theirs.

You can care deeply without abandoning yourself.
