2016 was a year of incredible growth and unforgettable experiences. Here's what made it so special:
1. Completed a research project in Brazil, culminating in my BMedSci publication
2. Travelled Brazil for 3 months including having a great time at Carnival
3. Witnessed the breathtaking beauty of Iguazu Falls

The truth that all clients need to know:
1. Your appearance is an investment which requires time, effort and good routines and habits. The key to ageing well is consistency particularly with diet, exercise and skincare.
2. 1ml of filler is exactly that! 1ml is good for enhancing a particular area such as the lips but it will not result in a full face transformation
3. A good skincare routine does NOT have to be complicated or expensive. For a client looking to prevent ageing the main ingredient needed in your skincare routine is a retinol. You can have an effective skincare routine in 3 steps!
4. If a treatment isn’t right for you I will say NO! A good practitioner will give you honest advice and importantly say no to performing inappropriate treatments
5. Sometimes less is more when it comes to filler. The days of being overfilled are well and truly gone. It’s time for natural aesthetics and carefully placed filler is more important than the amount of filler used!
6. You aren’t paying for the ml, you are paying for safety, expertise and skill. When looking for a practitioner it’s important to check what qualifications they have, are they complications trained, and does their work align with your desired outcome. There is so much more to aesthetics than just the price per ml!
