Received a thoughtful thank you card and some Haribos (which have nearly gone) from a mother and daughter I’ve had the pleasure of training over the last 12 weeks.
Seeing the confidence, consistency, and progress they’ve both built has been incredibly rewarding.
Moments like this remind me why I love what I do.
I’m pleased that the daughter has decided to continue her fitness journey with me for another structured 12 weeks, this time pushing forward on her own journey with new goals, new challenges, and even more progress ahead.
I’m always grateful for the trust my clients put in me to help them overcome barriers they may face with their fitness, confidence, or mobility.
Seeing people grow stronger physically and mentally is what it’s all about.
