Cosmetic teeth whitening can be an extremely profitable business model for those trained technicians that carry out our treatments correctly, and within the guidlines of UK Law.

If you are thinking of setting up your own business within our industry or even if you want to offer our treatments from your existing business but have been scared of by the numerous articles on the internet declaring that it is illegal and cannot be practiced unless you are a Dentist and/or a Dental nurse, then please read this post in it's entirety. I am going to outline key facts regarding teeth whitening in the UK and hopefully put your minds at rest.

In recent years, the Laws regarding cosmetic teeth whitening have changed.
From 2001 to 2012 the teeth whitening Law in the UK remained pretty stagnant and teeth whitening products were confirmed to be cosmetic on June 28th, 2001.
According to this ruling, it is legal for both dentists and non-dentists to carry out teeth whitening treatments without breaking the Law, providing the technician is fully trained.
There are rules in place to ensure you are within the guidelines of the law whilst conducting teeth whitening treatments... these rules are very straight forward.

✅ 1)
You must follow the self administered process i.e: the customer must administer under the technicians guidance the desensitising spray and whitening Gel.

✅ 2)
You must not advise the customer on anything dental related, nor must you touch the customers mouth including the teeth, gums or tongue in any way shape or form.

There is a great deal of false information on the internet, but hopefully this post will have explained a few of the key facts.

From the 100 x non-peroxide treatments that you receive with your training course you would earn a minimum of £7500 on your initial investment.
When your first 100 treatments are gone there will be boxes of 50 and 100 treatments on our website shop for purchase.

In Your area the treatment you would be offering sells to the client for £75 - £125.

From the 100 x non-peroxide treatments that you receive with your training course you would earn a minimum of £7500 on your initial investment.
When your first 100 treatments are gone there will be boxes of 50 and 100 treatments on our website shop for purchase.

We also have an amazing insurer ready to insure you on completion of your course, and when last discussed the cover will cost you around £467 - £600 per year with a huge amount of cover.

We will also train any person(s) that you want to join you in your business for free on the day of your training course but if in the future you would like more people training for your business, VIP Whites LtD would train them for you for a fee, plus expenses so travel etc for the trainer/assessor.
The price discussed is for training & certificate of completion only and does not include treatment packs or whitening lamp, unless previously discussed with us and a price agreed with a deposit paid one month prior to the training course date.

You will also get up to a 50% discount on bulk stock orders of our home teeth whitening products if you wish to stock them for your business.
