Beautiful originally booked me for her reception in Birmingham, but after her very last-minute trial with me (despite securing her slot over a year prior!), her plans changed… and she decided she wanted me for her Anand Karaj in Essex too. 🤍

So off to Essex I went… I was SO happy she trusted me with both looks🥹

For her Anand Karaj, we went for a flawless full coverage base to conceal spots, and it photographed perfectly. I used half a lash and added clusters for a lifted lash look.

showed me one of my previous glams and said, “I want this… but even more bold and snatched.” So that’s exactly what I created. 😍

She has very oily skin , so before any makeup went on, I started with a facial and carefully selected skincare to help control shine, smooth the complexion and create the best possible canvas for a long-lasting bridal look.

Bridal makeup is about so much more than applying makeup…it’s about the entire experience.

We started the morning at the hotel, but instead of leaving manpreet to travel home and finish getting ready herself, I took her back to her house so I could stay with her until she was completely ready. (Yes… that’s why you’ll spot two different locations in this reel! 😂)

We may have also escaped through the hotel’s fire exit… because who wants to tackle what felt like a thousand stairs wearing half a lengha and cycling shorts? 😂

By staying with Manpreet, we could do any last-minute makeup touch-ups & add the final details and make sure she felt completely looked after from start to finish. For me, creating a calm, luxury, stress-free experience is just as important as creating beautiful makeup.

One of my favourite moments (and something I always do) is placing the kala tikka behind the ears. The second she looked in the mirror, she smiled and said she finally felt like a bride. 🥹
