What kind of maintenance am I looking at? The answer depends on the product we’re using.

💧 Skin boosters
Most skin boosters are recommended as a course of 3 treatments, spaced around 2–4 weeks apart (depending on the product).

Why? Just like going to the gym, you won’t see your best results after just one session. Each treatment builds on the last, gradually improving skin hydration, collagen production and overall skin quality. The recommended intervals give your skin time to respond and remodel before the next treatment.

Once you’ve completed the initial course, a maintenance treatment every 6 months is recommended. This helps maintain the improvements in hydration, elasticity and skin quality, as our natural collagen and hyaluronic acid continue to decline with age, and the treatment naturally breaks down.

✨ Biostimulators
Biostimulators, such as Sculptra and Radiesse, work a little differently.

Rather than simply adding hydration or volume, they stimulate your own body to produce new collagen. Because you’re creating your own collagen framework, the results tend to last much longer than traditional injectables.

Once you’ve achieved your desired result:
✔️ Sculptra can last around 2 years.
✔️ Radiesse typically lasts around 18 months.

Over time, your body naturally continues to age and breaks down collagen, and the product used breaks down, which is why maintenance treatments are still recommended.

Book a consultation to discuss your skin concerns and figure which one is the best for your results, budget and timeline.

Polynucleotides and Sunekos both improve skin quality, but they each have their own place.

Polynucleotides are ideal for compromised skin barriers, sensitive or inflamed skin, and targeted areas such as the delicate under-eye. By stimulating fibroblast activity, they help support skin repair and regeneration.

Sunekos, on the other hand, is a fantastic option when you're looking to improve overall skin quality across the entire face. It targets multiple concerns in one treatment, helping to improve hydration, elasticity and fine lines without needing several different procedures.

During your consultation, we'll always choose the treatment that's best suited to your skin concerns and your goals, not simply what's trending.

Not all trauma is a bad thing.

With SkinPen, controlled micro-injuries stimulate your skin's natural healing response, boosting collagen and elastin production from within.

Over time, this means smoother texture, softer acne scarring, improved fine lines and healthier, more resilient skin.

Sometimes, the best results come from working with your skin, not against it.

Thinking about microneedling? Book a consultation to see if SkinPen is the right treatment for your skin goals. 🤍

I love versatile products that target multiple areas but I also appreciate treatments that are specifically designed for a particular concern or area.

That’s one of the reasons I love Jalupro. They offer a range of biorevitalisation products, each formulated with a different purpose in mind.

1️⃣ Super Hydro
• Provides deep connective tissue support, especially for the facial ligaments
• Helps maintain facial structure, support, and a lifted appearance

2️⃣ Young Eye
• Specifically formulated for the delicate, thinnest skin around the eyes
• Helps improve periorbital wrinkles, dark circles, and eye bags associated with skin thinning and laxity

3️⃣ Classic
• Ideal for body skin biorevitalisation, including the tummy, arms, inner thighs, and knees
• Also indicated for scar improvement and hair strengthening

4️⃣ HMW
• Hydrates and rejuvenates the face, neck, décolleté and hands and even the body
• Can also be used for lip rejuvenation, helping restore a youthful appearance without adding volume

The best treatment isn’t always the one that does everything. Sometimes it’s the one that’s specifically designed for exactly what your skin needs. These products can be used alone or together to treat every concern.

DM me or book a consultation if you are not sure which Jalupro product is right for you.

Skin boosters aren’t just for your face.

Your neck, décolleté, chest, arms and even other areas of the body can benefit from skin biorevitalisation, too. With an increase in GLP - 1 use, these boosters can really help with skin laxity left behind.

When treating the body, Jalupro HMW is my go-to skin booster from the Jalupro range. It’s designed to improve skin quality by supporting hydration, collagen production and overall skin health.

A bit like SPF, we often focus all our attention on our face and forget everything below the jawline. But as we age, the neck, chest and hands are often among the first areas to show skin laxity, thinning and other visible signs of ageing.

That’s why I always encourage my patients to think beyond the face. Looking after these areas early helps maintain smoother and healthier-looking skin. Take your SPF to the chest, and your skin boosters too.

Not all skin boosters work in the same way, and that's exactly what makes Sunekos so unique. ✨

Sunekos combines hyaluronic acid with a patented blend of amino acids to support collagen and elastin production, helping to improve skin elasticity, hydration and overall skin quality from within.

It's a treatment I particularly love for patients noticing fine lines, loss of elasticity or skin that simply feels more tired than it used to. With minimal downtime, it's also an excellent option before a special occasion, whether you're preparing for a wedding or simply want your skin looking its best.

The goal isn't to change your face, it's to help your skin look healthier, fresher and more like you. 🤍

A few things we’ve been trying to figure out lately… 😂

From football updates to skincare questions and decoding Gen Z language, we’re keeping up as best we can.

When skin boosters first became popular, many were primarily based on hyaluronic acid (HA), with the goal of improving skin hydration and overall skin quality.

Hyaluronic acid acts like a sponge, attracting and retaining water within the skin. Better hydration helps the skin appear smoother, plumper and more radiant. The problem? Results were short lived.

As aesthetic medicine has evolved, many newer formulations of skin boosters now combine hyaluronic acid with amino acids. Hyaluronic acid creates a well-hydrated environment for healthy skin, while amino acids provide the building blocks your fibroblasts use to produce collagen and elastin. This combo work synergistically together to support skin hydration, firmer structure and long-term skin quality, with results that really last.

One of my favourite skin boosters to offer in clinic is

This Swiss-formulated treatment contains hyaluronic acid to deeply hydrate the skin with amino acids that support your body’s natural collagen production.

It’s an amazing treatment if you’re looking to:
✨ Deeply hydrate the skin
✨ Improve skin quality and texture
✨ Brighten dull skin and restore a healthy glow
✨ Improve skin tone and elasticity
✨ Support firmer, healthier-looking skin

One of the best things about Jalupro is the minimal downtime because of its controlled protocol that minimises injection points, making the treatment as comfortable and efficient.

Let me know in the comments if you have any questions about Jalupro.

One of the most common problems I see in clinic is a damaged skin barrier. With so many ads and influencers your algorithm might be confusing you and it can be hard to navigate.

Healthy skin is built on understanding what your skin needs, not following every trend, influencer or adding more and more products to your routine. Sometimes, doing less, but doing it consistently, is what makes the biggest difference.

Protecting your skin barrier, staying consistent, and taking a personalised approach will always give you better long-term results than chasing quick fixes.

Remember, great skin isn't about perfection, it's about making informed decisions and giving your skin the care it deserves. 🤍
