Hi guys I thought I would do an introduction post and put a face to my business, I’m Gemma the owner of Body Sculpt Birmingham, im a home based business and I’m located in the B14 area of Kings Heath, Birmingham.
I started Body Sculpt Birmingham at the beginning of November after having body contouring treatments myself. I loved the results so much that I wanted to start a small business and give the same fantastic results to others that I had.
To give you a little bit of back ground I used to weigh 14 and a half stone, and over the course of 2 years I lost 3 stone 7 pounds with slimming world and the lovely Jeni at her group located near the Maypole.
After losing all the weight I still had stubborn areas of fat that just wouldn’t budge, so I decided to embark on this journey of body sculpting and I haven’t looked back since.
In no way is this a weight loss treatment, I can’t stress that enough but worked alongside healthy eating, movement and lots of water intake it’s a great option to assist your weight loss journey either during or after. I also do spray tanning and have been doing that off and on for over 10 years.
I work part time evenings and weekends whilst also working full time Monday to Friday, I’m a step mom to 4 gorgeous children, and a fiancé, my partner is the most supportive, encouraging person and has really supported every step of the way with my business, he’s amazing!!
