WHY WE HAVE OUR POLICY IN PLACE 🤍

As a self-employed salon, each stylist runs their own business within the salon. This means when an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice, it doesn’t just leave an empty chair — it directly affects that stylist’s income.

Unlike employed roles, our stylists don’t receive hourly pay if a client doesn’t attend. The time that was reserved for you is time they could have offered to another client, so a late cancellation or no-show unfortunately means lost wages.

Our cancellation fee isn’t about being unfair — it’s simply there to protect the livelihoods of the talented professionals who work hard to look after our clients every day.

We completely understand that sometimes things happen, and we always try to be as understanding as possible. We just kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment so we have time to offer that slot to someone else.
