Lip Neutralisation involves neutralising the dark/ uneven tones in the lips. Unlike Lip Blush, colour theory is crucial for those with melanin lips. Specific colours are used to target the melanin in the lips making them appear softer in colour.
* I don’t recommend this service for smokers as the effects of the lip neutralisation will be temporary due to the discolouration caused from ni****ne.
