I think many of us get lost in the crazy, and understandably forget just how incredibly important it is & essential for ourselves and people around us that we take care of our mind body & soul💛
I don’t want my children to remember me running around 24 7 like a crazy woman a bit of a blur, I want them to see and to know mommy takes care of herself & it’s absolutely normal, and they too find joy in taking care of themselves 💛
