Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to all our clients who have supported Knitted Knockers(boob key rings ) we have raised £140.88 !!! So far.Please tell your friends and family as we still have lots more in the salon .
A testing week!
As a well respected and well liked member of the Rubery business community with over 25 years experience, it's been a strange week and I would like to share my thoughts....
...unfortunately, there are occasions whereby I decline to take on new clients, these are rare, but they do happen. On these occasions, a potential client may make a request of me or my staff, which is sadly not feasible....whereby a client has an unrealistic expectation...I don't want to hurt their feelings by refusing their request, however I do have a duty of care to my clients and my profession.....and sadly sometimes that's how it needs to be.
Those who know me, understand that I will not compromise my professional standards, or those of my colleagues, or a clients....if I do not believe it to be in their best interest.
I have a valued, wonderful and loyal client base and will hopefully continue to build my successful salon, in the responsible and professional way I have always done.
