A real review from a client who received Reiki and Manual Lymphatic Drainage from me last week.

I had the pleasure of receiving Reiki and an MLD last Thursday - Kerry couldn’t have done any more to understand why I wanted both treatments and she made me feel so welcome and understood.

I’m quite a spiritual person and do believe in the power of the universe to put things into place - Kerry definitely “shifted” my energies and I experienced a lot during that process, leading me to book another session in January.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the MLD, as a Fibromyalgia sufferer I was wary of it being uncomfortable for me, it was the complete opposite, I was already relaxed from the Reiki and the rhythmic movements really put me into the most relaxed state I think ever been in.

After effects of both treatments : I’m thinking very clearly, feel lighter within myself and have a new found energy. I am moving easier, joints and muscles don’t seem to be as heavy as they’ve been for the last 9 or so years and I can see my ankles! I have had swollen ankles all of my adult life and nothing I’ve done has changed that, I noticed the difference from the MLD treatment the morning after and the swelling is still reducing 4 days later, I’m also able to walk up and down the stairs “properly” instead of placing both feet on one step at a time! I’ve had a couple of headaches and have used the toilet more frequently, but both are after effects of the MLD, which further adds proof that it is working for me. I will definitely be booking another one.

If you are in two minds about booking your own treatment, I would say just do it, it is worth every single penny 😊

The science behind Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, clinical massage technique designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic system — which helps eliminate waste, reduce inflammation, and boost immune function.

TCA Peel (new treatment)

TCA stands for trichloroacetic acid, a medium to deep chemical peel used to:

• Improve skin texture

Environ’s TCA peels are a unique, controlled, and layered approach to ensure safety and results with minimal downtime.
