I don’t know where the last nearly decade and a half have gone and I certainly don’t feel old enough (the bald head and greys in the beard tell a different story 🤪). Some of you have been with me for the whole journey, right from week one but I’d like to thank every single person I’ve had the privilege to treat over the last 14 years. I’m still growing and learning even after all this time and I still truly love what I do. Here’s to the next 14! 🥂

This client had had a fairly stressful couple of weeks and was suffering with generalised tension and his shoulders were highly contracted. They were up by his ears, resulting in the typical “fight or flight” posture. Can you tell which side I released first? 😂
