Happy January everyone! My Scotland calendar this year at work was a gift from my mum. And for all you people craning to have a good look....yes it's Urquhart Castle in the background!

Back in Scotland at the moment and just reminding myself how big the sky is!! So I may be even longer than usual to reply to texts! Happy Easter all. 💜

So this is the 'end of an era' post from me. Because Smethwick Swimming Centre has finally closed it's doors now, I've actually moved out of my purple room. All the pictures are down and I'm leaving the baths and moving back to Shifa Herbs on the Hagley Road.
Just a look back at the many years I've been at the baths and all the wonderful friendships made there. I feel like it was a lucky, happy place and feel totally grateful for my time spent there and for meeting so many lovely people. To be truthful, this stage of the Purple Tree Studio has been fab. I hope you'll all come with me to the Shifa Herbs for the next installment 😊

Out of the office!

Just passed a short course in cupping. I'm really excited to be able to offer this as part of my treatments.

It can be used to release tension, target specific areas, relieve pain, improve circulation, promote mobility and improve mature scars.
Prepare to be cupped!! 😊

First of all, happy new year to you all. Let's hope 2021 is a good year for us!

Unfortunately, due to the tier 4 situation in Birmingham and Sandwell I can't work for the moment so all appointments will have to be put on hold till things change. I'll post as soon as I'm back and hope to see you as soon as is possible. In the meantime, let's get out and enjoy the snow!
