⬇️ Nicolle is so good for her age, and here’s why… 💕 nics 22 now.

At 13, Nicolle left school because she just couldn’t cope in that setting. She didn’t get the support or options she needed, so she came to work with me every day.

I fought the system and worked hard to get her into an education setting 3 days a week, with the rest of her time spent learning and growing in the shop. She became our little junior and started building confidence, skills, and independence.

Nicolle went on to complete her Level 2 Beauty qualification, and as I’m qualified to certify nail work, I trained her from scratch.

Honestly, she hated nails back then 😂 — but look at her now… she’s found her passion, and watching her grow has been incredible.
