Terms and Conditions:
£50 deposit required to secure your booking redeemable against the total fee. Trial: 50% of the total fee is payable on the day of the appointment. Payment is accepted either via bank transfer or by cheque. Date of Occasion: Remaining balance payable in full. Regrettably deposits are non-refundable

Cancellations:
The client can at any point cancel the booking in writing however, the makeup artist will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until the point of cancellation but the client will not be liable for any further payments. The client can cancel a trial at any point however, a trial cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for at the agreed rate. Cancellations by the makeup artist due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the makeup artists performance of their obligations where no other suitable alternative can be given a full refund will be given to the client. No further compensation will be offered. If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of the makeup artist where possible the makeup artist will endeavor to rectify such situations however, no compensation will be offered on the makeup artist part. It is strongly advised you take out wedding insurance to cover you against these situations. Travel Expenses:
The client will cover any mileage that is over 10 miles radius from Bewdley, Worcestershire DY12 at 40 pence per mile and any additional expenses incurred e.g parking, congestion or toll charges. Insurance:
Makeupbydesign is fully insured and holds £2 million Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance. By financially securing your booking you accept these terms of contract.
