When I saw this quote, it reminded me of when I told some of my family members that I wanted to move to the UK and do nails.

Most people didn’t believe in me. One person told me that he knew people doing nails in the UK who couldn’t even afford their rent. Another relative threw a few coins at me and said I would need them to buy bread.

The only person who supported me was my mum. She was scared to let me go, but she trusted me.

Eight years later, I’ve built the life I wanted and achieved more than many people thought I would.

What I’ve learned is that you don’t need everyone else to believe in you. You just need to trust yourself, be clear about what you want, and be willing to work for it. Once you know your goal and stay consistent, you’ll get there.

I was thinking about how to describe this pedicure, and I realised it’s probably the most challenging pedicure I do every 6 week.

Sometimes it may look like “just a simple pedicure” and not something particularly Instagram-worthy, but trust me…..
I’m sweating every time I do it!
These are the treatments that really test patience, precision, and experience.
Do you know why I do it for her every 6 weeks even though it’s the toughest? Because she was the only client that really took my advice and trusted me that this will be the best for her own health and toes!

A beautiful day spent today with the beautiful during a 1:1 nail course, where our main focus was mastering the baby boomer technique.
