A massive congratulations to LiveWell Athlete .athletics , who has just won GOLD in the 4 x 300m at the National Championships, in a RECORD-BREAKING time! 🏆🔥

And what a way to do it, with Tilda taking on the pressure of the anchor leg and helping bring the team home to victory. 🥇

We’ve had the privilege of supporting Tilda for a while now, and one thing we know is just how much she expects from herself. She sets incredibly high standards and is always striving for more.

By her own admission, this season had something of a “rocky start”. There have been highs, frustrations, wins and setbacks along the way, but that is exactly what makes achievements like this so special.

Great athletes aren’t defined solely by the medals they win. They’re defined by how they respond when things don’t go to plan, what they learn from every race, and how they come back stronger.

Tilda continues to do exactly that.

Every win. Every loss. Every difficult session. Every disappointment. She takes something from it, learns, develops and keeps moving forward.

And now she can add National Champion and record breaker to the journey. 💪🥇

We couldn’t be prouder, not simply of the athlete she is, but of the person and athlete she is becoming.
