Just a little reminder to all my lovely clients 💛

If you’re feeling unwell, especially if you have a sickness bug, flu, or anything contagious, please could you let me know and cancel your appointment rather than coming in.

Unfortunately, I’ve had clients attend appointments while they were unwell, and their bugs have been passed on to me. This means I then have to cancel other clients’ appointments while I recover, which is disappointing for everyone and also means I lose income.

I completely understand that cancellations aren’t ideal, but I’d much rather rearrange your appointment than risk passing illness around and having to cancel several others.

Thank you so much for your understanding, support, and consideration. It really does help me keep everyone safe and allows me to continue providing the best service possible. 💕

To help my days run smoothly, I’d really appreciate it if everyone could keep the following in mind:

✨ Please make sure you’re paying the correct amount for your appointment. I’ve had quite a few underpayments recently, so please double-check your total before sending payment.

✨ Please pay on the day of your appointment. I’m spending a lot of time chasing payments, which I simply don’t have time to do.

✨ Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, it can affect the rest of my clients throughout the day.

✨ If you’re having lashes or brows done, please do not use the sunbeds before or after your appointment. Sunbeds can affect the treatment, so please wait at least 24 hours before using them.
