One of the most important parts of every appointment isn't just removing earwax – it's understanding exactly what's been happening and what symptoms you're experiencing.

I carefully examine the ears using specialist equipment and, where appropriate, take clear photographs of the ear canals and eardrums. If I notice anything that may need medical assessment, I explain my findings and advise you to contact your GP. Many clients find it helpful to share the photographs along with the information I've provided, which can support their GP in deciding the most appropriate next step.
