A Little Reminder ✨

I just wanted to post a little reminder regarding my appointment and cancellation policy.
As many of you know, I’m self-employed and only work part-time. This means every appointment in my diary is valuable, and when someone doesn’t turn up or cancels at the last minute, it’s very difficult for me to fill that space. Unfortunately, this has a direct impact on my income and my small business.
I completely understand that unexpected things happen, and I always try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible. However, to help protect my business, any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The same applies to appointments where clients do not attend without letting me know.
Please keep this in mind when booking, cancelling or rearranging your appointments. Giving as much notice as possible means I have the opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else who may be waiting.
