💗 A little reminder regarding no-shows & payments 💗

I absolutely hate having to make posts like this, but recently I’ve been spending far too much time chasing outstanding no-show fees and payments.

Beauty by Danni is a one-woman business. When an appointment is booked out, that time has been specifically reserved for you, and if someone doesn’t turn up or cancels at the last minute, I often have no opportunity to fill that space. That means I’ve not only lost the appointment, but also the income I rely on from that working day.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies happen and sometimes plans have to change — all I ask is that you please communicate with me and give as much notice as possible. 🤍

Going forward, my no-show policy will be enforced and any outstanding fees will need to be paid before another appointment can be booked. I really don’t want to have to chase people for money after already losing the appointment.

I’m so grateful for all of my lovely clients who continuously respect my time, support my little business and always communicate with me. It genuinely means more than you know. 🥹💗
