Can I kindly ask all clients to give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment? This gives me the best chance of filling the space.

Please note that any no-shows will be expected to pay the full appointment fee.

Thank you to all my clients, old and new. My first year of self employment has been a success beyond expectations. Heres to another great year in 2026 🥂 🎇

Firstly thank you to all continuing support from all my customers. It’s been a very busy few weeks especially with the summer holidays.

Unfortunately, I am currently experiencing an average of around five no shows each week. Over a month, that adds up to about twenty appointments lost. To put that into perspective, if every one of those had been a skin fade, it would mean £400 in lost income

As of now I will be asking for 100% payment from no shows, I know things happen and life gets in the way but when im at work my priority is my livelihood and I cant just allow everyone off.

From now on these payments should be made before any future bookings will be accepted:

❌ No shows = 100%

⏰ Cancellations within 24 hour of your appointment = 50% payment

I’m unable to send messages via Booksy, but just a heads up that I’ll be on holiday from the 11th. I’ve opened up extra availability on Sunday and Monday, but spaces are nearly full. If you’d like to book, please do so as soon as possible.

I’am now fully booked until Thursday and unfortunately can’t accommodate any more appointments. I’ll be away from the 10th and returning on the 18th. During this time, I won’t be responding to haircut enquiries - so please don’t take it personally if you don’t get a response. I’ll get back to everyone once Im home😃
