💛 Enjoy 1.5 hours in the luxurious spa facilities, including the swimming pool, whirlpool bath, ice bath and infrared sauna.

Then float effortlessly through a 75 minute Floating Sound Bath, where the soothing vibrations of the gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments gently guide you into a profound state of relaxation.

Afterwards, enjoy a complimentary drink and take a few moments to gently ground before heading home.

Imagine floating peacefully on warm water as a gentle summer breeze drifts through the open bi fold doors. The birds are singing, nature surrounds you and the vibrations of the gongs, singing bowls and chimes wash gently over you, inviting your body and mind into deep relaxation.

Our Floating Sound Baths are so much more than a relaxation session. They are an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself and share a peaceful evening with a lovely, like minded community.

Afterwards, you’re warmly invited to stay for a complimentary drink, enjoy a chat and gently ease back into the rest of your evening.

We have just a few spaces remaining this Thursday 16 July. Each soundbath last 75 minutes and costs £45. If you would prefer to go on a Sunlounger, we do have poolside spaces.
