If i'm honest... the reveal is always the most nerve-wracking part of a wedding morning.
Not because I don't trust my skills, but because I know just how much this moment means.

The secret to curls that actually last, read on!
It’s rarely the curling wand BTW!
This style looks soft, effortless and romantic, but the real work happens long before I pick up a hot tool.
Every section of hair is prepped carefully to create the right foundation, because beautiful curls that have dropped out before the ceremony aren't much use to anyone and yes I know everyone's hair is different.
For this look I used two products that have become absolute staples in my kit:
Color Wow Style on Steroids & Texture & Setting Spray
Style on Steroids gives the hair that perfect amount of grip and memory without feeling sticky or crunchy. It helps create movement, texture and hold while still keeping the hair touchable.
Then I build in longevity with Style it out, Texture & Setting Spray, working it through the style at key stages rather than just blasting everything at the end. This helps the curls hold their shape while still looking soft and natural.
The result? Hair that looks effortlessly romantic but is built to survive hugs, dancing, wind, happy tears and everything else a wedding day throws at it.
