A little booking system update!

I’ve made a small change to my booking system to make sure I have enough time to create your dream nails. 💅

When booking, you’ll now see two nail art options:

- Tier 1 – Basic Nail Art
Perfect for simple nail art such as French tips, swirls, hearts, flowers, chrome, and other minimal designs.

- Tier 2 – Moderate Nail Art
For more detailed nail art including aura, marble, layered designs and more intricate looks.

Choosing the correct tier means I’ll have the extra time I need to recreate your nail inspiration without feeling rushed, so you leave with nails you absolutely love!

If you’re ever unsure which tier your design falls under, just pop me a message with your inspiration picture before booking and I’ll be happy to help.

Policy Update

Please note the following changes to my booking policy:

48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% service fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and will be charged 100% of the service fee.
