A little boring but VERY important one from me 🤎

I wanted to put all of my policies in one place and explain a little bit about why they matter to me.

Lily’s Lashes is my business, but it’s also my job. I work incredibly hard behind the scenes and I’ve taken the risk of reducing my hours at my other job so I can put more and more into growing this little business 🥹🤎

I’ve already lost hundreds of pounds through no-shows, late cancellations and unpaid fees, and I’ve had days where I was meant to finish at 8:30pm but ended up working until almost 10pm because lateness has pushed my whole day back.

I completely understand that things happen and I’ll always try to be reasonable where I can. But please don’t expect me to bend my policies for you. They are there to protect my time, my income and my wellbeing — but also to make sure I can give you the appointment you’ve booked for.

I also won’t tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour when collecting an outstanding payment. My business should never come at the expense of my health 🤎
