Had a lovely client today who had a poor experience of massage 15 years ago!!

Made me think … Not every client’s first massage experience has been a positive one. Some arrive feeling unsure because of a previous bad experience, and that’s completely understandable. As a massage therapist, I take the time to listen, explain the treatment, and check in throughout the session to help rebuild trust and ensure my clients feel safe and comfortable. It’s always rewarding when someone who was hesitant to return leaves feeling relaxed and confident enough to give massage another chance.
