Over the next 9 weeks complete beginners will take their first steps towards running 5km in a supportive, coached environment.
This isn't just about finishing a 5km.
It's about building confidence, improving your health, making new friends and becoming part of a community that will continue long after graduation.
And when these runners complete the programme, they won't be wondering what comes next...
They'll already have a home at Dargavel & Bishopton Run Club.

One week today... it all begins.
In just one week's time, our FREE Dargavel Village Couch to 5K programme gets underway.
Over the next 9 weeks a fantastic group of beginners and returning runners will take their very first steps towards achieving something they may never have thought possible... running 5K.
This isn't about speed. It isn't about competing. It's about building confidence, making friends, supporting each other and discovering what you're capable of.
And the journey doesn't stop there.
Once our Couch to 5K graduates cross that finish line, they'll have the opportunity to continue their running journey by joining Dargavel & Bishopton Run Club (DBRC) where they'll enjoy coached sessions, weekly social runs, and become part of a growing running community built on history, community and performance.
This is exactly what MJB Endurance was created for—supporting people from their very first run through to whatever goals come next.
We're counting down the days... and we can't wait to meet every single one of you.
