October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🎀

For so many, breast cancer is more than a campaign or a pink ribbon. It has touched someone we love, someone in our family, a friend, a colleague or perhaps even ourselves.

That is why awareness matters.

It means knowing your body. Paying attention to changes. Going to your screenings. And trusting yourself enough to seek medical advice when something simply does not feel right.

Breast cancer can affect anyone, and finding it early can make a huge difference.

So this month, take a few minutes for yourself. Check your breasts or chest, and gently remind the people you love to do the same. If you notice a new lump or swelling, changes to the skin or ni**le, unusual discharge, persistent pain in the breast or armpit, or anything that feels different for you, please speak to your GP.

Because behind every statistic is a person. A family. Someone deeply loved.
