We’ve recently experienced a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and appointments where patients simply don’t attend.

We completely understand that life happens, emergencies arise, and sometimes appointments genuinely need to be changed. We will always try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible.

However, we’d like to remind everyone of our booking policy...

📅 Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your appointment using your booking confirmation email or by contacting the clinic.

As each appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend, mean we are usually unable to offer that appointment to another patient at such short notice. This leaves valuable clinic time unused while other patients are waiting for appointments.

💳 Deposits

A £20 deposit is taken when your appointment is booked.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or for appointments where you do not attend.

🩺 Consultation Appointments

Please remember that any appointment which occupies clinic time will incur a £30 consultation fee, even if no treatment is carried out.

This includes appointments where:
• You attend for advice only.
• You decide not to proceed with treatment.
• Treatment is deemed unsuitable following assessment.
• A treatment plan is discussed without treatment being performed on the day.

Our clinicians dedicate time to assessing your concerns, discussing your options, answering questions and providing professional medical advice, and this time is reserved specifically for you.

Why I chose to have my oestrogen levels checked as part of my own menopause journey, I decided to have my ostrogen levels checked privately at Welltree Health.
Like many women, I didn't realise that GPs don't routinely measure ostrogen levels when prescribing HRT. Treatment is usually based on symptoms rather than blood test results.
For me, the blood test at Welltree Health was really worthwhile. It showed that my ostrogen levels were still low, despite already being on HRT. That gave me a better understanding of why I was still experiencing symptoms and helped me have a more informed conversation about my treatment.
I'm not saying every woman needs this test, but for me it provided valuable information and reassurance.
