To round off the week, I attended a self-defence workshop with Fenicowles fitness. It was emotional, empowering, and such a confidence boost. It reminded me that confidence isn't just about looking good it's about feeling strong, capable, and believing in yourself too.

Today I also took part in Pretty Muddy for Cancer Research with Fit Round My Baby Darwen Blackburn 🩷🏃‍♀️ It was muddy, messy, and so much fun all for an amazing cause.

I'm taking on Pretty Muddy for Cancer Research UK today. I won't lie I'm really not looking forward to getting absolutely covered in mud! 😂

But it's all for an incredible cause, and every step (and muddy puddle!) is worth it.

This week I've had people telling me they've been recommending my massage treatments to their friends and family, and that they wouldn't go anywhere else now. 🥹 Hearing things like that im just blown away.

If you know me well, you'll know I've never had much confidence in myself, so hearing such lovely feedback really does mean the world. There are so many amazing massage therapists out there, so the fact that people choose me, recommend me, and trust me with their wellbeing is something I'll never take for granted.
