🚨 Online booking update🚨

We wanted to let you know about a recent change to our booking policy on Fresha. Unfortunately, we have had to introduce a 50% deposit requirement when booking appointments.

This was not a decision we made lightly, and we are genuinely disappointed to have to implement it. However, due to an increasing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, along with unsuccessful attempts to process agreed cancellation fees because of insufficient funds, it has become necessary to protect our business.

As a small business, our appointments are our livelihood. We invest heavily in education, training, and high-quality products to ensure we continue providing the best possible service to every client.

We completely understand that times can be challenging financially, and if circumstances change, we kindly ask that you avoid booking appointments you may not be able to attend or give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.

We would like to thank you all for your continued support, loyalty, and understanding. Please know that this change is not aimed at our wonderful regular clients—you know who you are, and we appreciate you more than ever. ❤️

What a fantastic day it was on Saturday, we all came together to raise as much as we could for cancer research.
I’m super proud of our team & for taking time out of their weekend and working for us, our fabulous Diana who did the amazing raffle & tombola, for a gorgeous tropic stall & hamper raffled off, Happy bounce hire with the bouncy castle fun, who I kindly blackmailed to do the face painting😆 for the insane baked and for everyone who came and spent their hard earned money. OUR TOTAL IN THE POT IS £911 !!!!!!!!!!! We made £750 just at the event!!! Can’t thank everyone enough and I can’t wait to do something like this again 🩷💙🩷💙🩷💙🩷💙🩷💙🩷
