When fat pads lose volume they become heavy and start to sag which then gives us wrinkles and a heavy lower face.

A complication that can occur after a dermal filler treatment is a 𝕍𝕒𝕤𝕔𝕦𝕝𝕒𝕣 𝕆𝕔𝕔𝕝𝕦𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟. This happens when a vessel or artery is accidentally injected with Dermal Filler and becomes blocked or compromised.

This client came to me with overfilled lips. She wanted to have Russian lips but there was far too much filler in and around her lips so we dissolved all filler using an enzyme called Hyaluronidase to give her a fresh start.
As you can see it it definitely an improvement.

Linear threads with fanning were used to add volume.
Dermal Fillers used in the lips also helps to keep the lips hydrated as the Hyaluronic acid in the Dermal Filler attracts water.
This treatment can also help to plump out any fine lines in the lips.
