I’ve passed my level 5 in sports massage therapy last month.
Here is an updated list of the different therapies I can offer. I can do these treatments at my home or I can travel to other people’s homes. (Can’t do hot stone massage mobile)

A hot stone sports massage combines traditional remedial techniques with heated basalt stones to accelerate muscle recovery, melt deep tension, and ease discomfort. The soothing warmth penetrates deeply into tissues, allowing me to work effectively without causing intense pain.

Myofascial Dry Cupping is a soft tissue therapy that uses a vacuum suction cup to lift and separate skin, muscles and the underlying connective tissue.
It brings the stagnant blood to the surface and allows an influx of new blood and nutrients to the muscles the cups are placed on.
This produces faster healing, pain relief, reduces muscle tension etc
I can perform this on clients at my home address or mobile. If anyone is interested then please inbox me or contact me on the socials in the poster.

It’s been emotional to walk out of college, after all the time I’ve put into studying and practice to get the subjects highest qualification. I’ve had a fantastic tutor in Amy and a fun group of students to work with.
My focus now will be to build my business aswell as get some work in events and different companies.

And yes I have also got an award for outstanding contribution to Starbucks sales 😒.

I can now practise Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
MLD assists with general fluid balance, detoxification, stress relief, increases metabolic efficiency and relieving swelling associated with conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or fibromyalgia.

The lymphatic system acts as your body’s waste disposal and immune support network, but it lacks a central pump like the heart. MLD uses light, rhythmic hand movements to move stagnant fluid away from congested areas toward functioning lymph nodes, where waste is filtered and processed.

If anyone is interested in booking an appointment then please feel free to message me.
I can practise MLD at my address in bispham or mobile.
