On 3 July at approximately 2:40 pm, a customer received an Infill French Tip service at our salon. The total bill was £32.
The customer paid £12 in cash and attempted to pay the remaining £20 with a damaged banknote, which we were unable to accept. We offered a bank transfer as an alternative, but the customer declined and said she would return with another £20 note.
As of today, the outstanding balance of £20 has still not been paid.
If this message reaches the customer, please contact us or return to the salon as soon as possible to settle the outstanding balance. If we do not hear from you, we may consider taking further action to recover the unpaid amount.
We hope this can be resolved quickly and amicably.
