Due to a high number of very last-minute cancellations recently, I’ll now be directing all bookings through the Fresha app moving forward.

All appointments will now require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of making your appointment request, otherwise the booking will automatically be cancelled.

This policy is being introduced to help protect appointment availability and ensure fairness for all clients.
