For years, I thought putting myself first made me selfish.
Then I realised my children don’t need a burnt-out version of me.
They need a happy one 🤍
So yes, I get my hair done.
I have Botox.
I go for coffee with friends.
I have dreams outside of motherhood.
And I refuse to believe exhaustion is a badge of honour.
Tell me…

✨ Is Blackpool SEN approved? From our experience…absolutely.
Isaac loves bowling but outings can be unpredictable. There’s spinning, needing lots of reassurance, constant touch and plenty of moments where he just needs a bit more from me🫶🏼
But the staff were so lovely, patient and welcoming, and we honestly felt comfortable the whole time. We finished with laser tag and had such a lovely day.
If you’re a fellow SEN parent wondering whether it’s worth trying, we’d definitely recommend it 🫶🏼
(Obviously every child is different, but this was our experience and we’ll definitely be back!)

I don’t know if you’ve noticed but I’m in my ✨GLOW UP✨ era 🥺
All of this is how I feel. I’m wearing colour again, I’m laughing again, I’m singing again and I refuse to let last year affect any more than that.
I really said 2026 the year of showing UP and the Universe is just guiding me along. Exactly where I’m supposed be🌍
