After 3 sell out events in the summer holidays, Pause & Glow with Anne-Marie is back during October half term!

If your teen is confused by all the skincare trends they see on TikTok, YouTube or Instagram, this workshop is for them! 💚

We’ll spend the afternoon learning what skin really needs, helping them build healthy skincare habits that are safe, simple and effective – without the fads or expensive products they don’t need.

This is a relaxed, friendly workshop where teens can ask questions, try products and discover that great skincare doesn’t have to be complicated.

💚 MACMILLAN COFFEE MORNING 💚

I’d absolutely LOVE you to join me for a lovely little Macmillan Coffee Morning at my house! ☕️🍰

Pop in anytime between 11 and 2 for a cuppa, some cake and a good old catch-up! 🥰

I’ll also have my Pause & Glow with Anne-Marie Tropic goodies out, so you can have a little browse, smell, feel and try some gorgeous products while you’re here. ✨🌿

Most importantly, we’ll be raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support — an incredible charity that means so much to so many of us. 💚

I thought it was probably time I introduced myself properly, because I know lots of you following this page have never actually met me!

I’m Anne-Marie, the face behind Pause & Glow with Anne-Marie

I’m in my 40s, married to my very supportive hubby Mike, and mum to our two girls, Evie and Charlotte. When I’m not doing all things Pause & Glow, you’ll find me in my “real life” job working in a secondary school! 🥰

I absolutely love my job, but I wanted something that felt completely different. Something that gave me a chance to switch off from the day-to-day, meet new people, have fun and create something that was mine.

And that’s really where Pause & Glow came from. 🤍

Life is SO busy. We’re constantly rushing from one thing to the next, looking after everyone else, ticking things off the never-ending list… and somehow taking time for ourselves ends up right at the bottom.

So I wanted to create events where you can quite literally pause.

✨ Come on your own or bring a friend
✨ Switch off for a little while
✨ Learn something new
✨ Have a laugh
✨ Enjoy some gorgeous vegan skincare and beauty products
✨ And leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and glowing

And there’s no “right” age for it either! I love creating events for everyone, from my younger skincare workshops right through to adults who simply fancy an evening of fizz, skincare, makeup and a bit of time for themselves. 🥂
