✨ A little nail policy reminder ✨

After welcoming a few new clients over the past few weeks, I thought it was a good time to repost my nail policy and a few important reminders 💅🏼

I completely appreciate that everyone is different — nail growth, retention and how long your nails last can vary from person to person. However, the recommended appointment schedule for BIAB is every 2–3 weeks, with around the 3-week mark being ideal.

💗 Repairs
If a nail breaks, chips, snaps or starts lifting within the first 5 days of your appointment, I will happily repair it free of charge.

Any repairs needed after 5 days will incur a repair fee.

Please also note that any repair, whether it is needed a day after your appointment or 2 weeks later, will be like-for-like — meaning the same colour and/or design as your original set.

⏰ Appointments & lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately I will not be able to carry out your appointment.

I will never rush your treatment, and arriving late puts pressure on the time allocated to you and can affect the rest of my appointments that day.

📅 Booking in advance
If you're able to book your appointments in advance, I would really appreciate it! My evening and weekend appointments are limited and tend to fill up quickly, so booking ahead is the best way to secure your preferred day and time.

My books are filling up quickly through the rest of September and into October, so if you’re needing an appointment, please don’t leave it too late! 🗓️✨

I’ll be away from 28th October – 16th November, so please keep this in mind when booking your upcoming appointments. I’m more than happy to work something out with you so you’re not left going 5–6 weeks without an appointment. ❤️

Appointments will be first come, first served, and I’ll also be working longer evenings and weekends where I can to accommodate as many of you as possible.
