If you’re a client of mine you know how much worry, panic and stress I’ve been under lately with this. So it looks like local council licensing schemes will be brought in which I’m more than happy about, I’m happy for spot checks to be done I’ve even said I’m happy for someone higher to come in and watch my clinic closely for a day. If you’re choosing to go to someone who’s doing lip filler on their sofa you are also responsible. Choose your clinic and your injector wisely, clients are welcome to ask to see my insurance, training certificates etc.

You may of noticed I’ve been posting a lot less frequently on this page. Truth be told having so many social media pages to deal with has become a bit much. For those that don’t know Slay Beauty Rooms is my business and the social media on there has really grown which is taken up a lot of my time, it definitely makes more sense just focusing on the one account for me.

I know clients like to be given the option of messaging me privately about treatments and this can still be done via text as only I have access to the business phone. I’ll be keeping this page open a few weeks longer to deal with messages but eventually will be closing it down to run everything through the salon socials.

To be able to have Anti-Wrinkle Injections a face to face consultation with one of my prescribers must take place. (Available once or twice a month) before your treatment appointment can be booked.

To confirm your appointment with the prescriber a payment of £25 is required which is now the separate prescriber fee. Once the prescriber has seen and authorised your prescription this will then be valid for 6 months.

You will then be able to book your treatment with myself (Kayla). My prices at the moment have stayed the same it’s now just the extra fee for my prescribers now seeing you in clinic. Please understand I’ve tried my best to keep the extra costing as low as I can.

Free Dermaplane voucher will be given out once your prescription appointment is complete. The Dermaplane will be carried out by Skye or Levi on a date suitable for you and is valid for 4 months.

So a massive debate in the aesthetics industry is medic vs non medic. After running my own salon I can honestly say I’ve seen some questionable people from both sides! Clients that have had other appointments with me will tell you how strict I am on patch testing, consultation forms and giving the correct pre care and after care advice on ALL treatments.
