Hey to all that know me. This is not a pity post. It’s my reality and I’m becoming okay with it!

I’m scared of social media and trolls - trying to be brave because I have something important to share.

I’ve been in a bit of a bad place the past two/three years. Peri menopause kicked in and I also found out that I’m Neurodivergent.

Life got a bit crazy and a bit unpredictable, I’ve isolated myself, ran my business into the ground and have genuinely struggled to get by mentally and financially.

Peri Menopause and late diagnosis for Neurodivergence has left me even more alone.

I tried to find other single people to do things with - I found a group that I enjoy in small doses. I go on adventures and I find them so emotionally, mentally draining I isolate again so do truly struggle to build connections with people.

I’ve had very few real friendships in my life. The ones that don’t put me down for being opinionated, blunt, honest, loud, it’s hard to find friends that understand I’m not aggressive, I’m intense at times and very passionate. My emotions are sometimes(most of the time) extreme because I don’t know how to emotionally regulate all the time.
People think you don’t notice their eye rolls or their whispers but I’m hyper vigilant with that’s stuff so I saw you do it.

From my pain and from starting to learn about myself I realised what would have helped me. What I’ve been searching for.

The adventure group I’m in is full of everything and everyone but every time I go to an event - my whole body trembles. I’m petrified of being misunderstood, called names being told I’m too much and I mask most the time I’m with the group.

That’s why I have decided to try and create a NeuroSpicy Wild Camp which will be a Community Interest Company - I’m fortunate that I have the land to do this on. (Grateful to my late husband for ensuring I have a roof over my head)
Now I know I need a space where everyone there is either Neurodivegent or supporting a neurodivegent person. This offers me instant relief in that I can breathe knowing we are all quirky. I could be blunt and not offend as much etc.

With the hopes to hold the first one this spring
Please could I ask that anyone who knows anyone who thinks they are Neurodiverse, on a waiting list etc please take a few minutes to fill out one of my surveys.

I know filling forms out are hard but there isn’t too many questions.

Antiaging treatments are okay!!!!!

There is nothing wrong with growing old gracefully just like there is nothing wrong with having treatments to help you feel and look more youthful.

if you feel confident in your own skin amazing. if you don't thats okay too and there are treatments out there for everyone - depending on your concerns.
