If a client misses an appointment ( for any reason - that we honestly don't mind ! ) and does not give us prior notice that they cannot make their time slot - our stylist / s - then
has a wasted hour ! Or two ! . And the Salon loses that income ☹️ . If this happened in any other trade- you would be charged for the time ! . Just imagine please ...if that was your hourly income ! and you lost it 😔 . We appreciate each and every one of our loyal clients - we really do ..but PLEASE PLEASE - Let us know in advance if you are unable to make your time appointed . Thank you 😊 . We really dont need to know the reason why ! as long as we know x . Time is so precious in a small business ! .
