The best ways to heal your piercing correctly:

• Clean twice a day with saline solution
• Keep dry at all times! You can use a hairdryer on a cool setting
• Do NOT turn or touch, especially with dirty hands
• Avoid sleeping on the new piercing. Use a travel or piercing pillow
• Let them scab, don’t pick
• Downsize your bars at 6–8 weeks
