I have no appointments left in October and only one colour appointment left before December on the 25th November.
December is also starting to get booked up so if you want your hair done in December get in quick before the last spots go!

Attention - New working hours in effect from the 5th October.
Now working in the salon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 9am - 4.30pm
You can still contact me as usual for bookings and enquiries outside of these hours.

Yep 30 years ago today I walked through the doors of a salon called Get Set in Bodmin to work as a Saturday girl.
🎉 30 years on and counting I still work in that salon now under the ownership of the lovely Heather called The Hair Lounge Cornwall as a Senior stylist and Manager

2016 wasn’t a great year for me -
I’d got married 👰‍♀️October 2015 and picked up a virus 🦠 6 weeks later which changed my life.
2016 was a year of struggling to get out of bed to do anything, social life gone, work life reduced dramatically.
I was physically, emotionally and mentally struggling.

10 years later I’ve adapted to my new circumstances and as you can see I’m still smiling and I’m still working ❤️❤️❤️

Roads and public transport remain disrupted this morning as we deal with the aftermath of Storm Goretti.

Please avoid travelling if you can. If you do need to make a journey, check routes and travel operators in advance, as many bus and rail services are cancelled or running with delays.

A large number of roads are still closed due to fallen trees, downed power lines and debris. Our teams are working around the clock to clear them, and we ask that you give crews the space they need to carry out urgent repairs safely.
