They are reared on a natural extensive system and are fed grass, corn and roots which we grow ourselves.

With Mayfair right around the corner, it's only right that we introduce our entries!
First up, we have Lot 87 AKA Newtoncoombe Engineer
Personally, he is one of my favourites in the group of rams we have at home. Here's to hoping it goes well for him next week!

Next up, we have....
Lot 88 AKA Newtoncoombe Exocet (in the fore of this picture)
A beautifully put together ram with plenty of potential from his breeding.
Both these rams are Genotyped ARR/ARR and are from homebred ewes carefully selected

Our spring lambing is well underway now with less than 10 ewes left to lamb. What do we think about this beauty?
Personally, he is one of my favourites out of the bunch!
With the weather being colder overnight, most of our younger ones are in the house to be warmer.
To take advantage of them all being in, we had a number up! This is one of my favourite things to do as I always get to cuddle the lambs while dad tags and tails them.
Now, we are all up to date. Or so we thought! We always have a saying that if we want to start lambing again, have a number up. So, just as predicted, two more ewes lambed this evening! It's time to do it all again in a few days to keep up to date with it all.
