My Top 3 SPF Products as an Advanced Skin Therapist.

No. 3 – Eucerin A great everyday SPF with broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection. It's lightweight, non-greasy and packed with ingredients that help protect the skin from sun damage while supporting overall skin health.

What I liked:
Lightweight feel
Great protection
Suitable for most skin types

What I didn't love:
The dry body oil doesn't spread as well as I'd like.
The tinted face version offers minimal coverage, so if you're looking for more of a skin-perfecting finish, this probably isn't the one.

No. 2 – Clinicare SPF 50 This is a fantastic tinted SPF with SPF 50, UVA and UVB protection. It gives a lovely medium coverage, so it's ideal if you want to even out your skin tone without wearing a heavy foundation.

What I liked:
SPF 50
Medium coverage
Comfortable, natural finish

What I didn't love:
Unfortunately, they don't currently make a body SPF, so you'd need a separate product for the rest of your body. It is also professional product so needs to be purchased by a qualified and registered skin therapist such as Blossom Leaf.

No. 1 – Heliocare This is my personal favourite. Heliocare offers excellent broad-spectrum protection and contains Fernblock® technology, a powerful antioxidant that helps defend the skin against sun damage and supports skin health.

Why it's my favourite:
I love the feel of the body spray oil – it's lightweight, absorbs beautifully and is so easy to apply. Plus I have never burnt once whilst wearing this!
The tinted facial SPF gives medium coverage, and the shade adapts really well to my skin tone, making it perfect for everyday wear.
It feels nice on the skin and is the one I reach for most often.

Remember, the best SPF is the one you'll actually wear every single day! 🌞
